What Dusk writes down on a pet grooming call
The first ring has to catch the coat condition and the tub before the kennel cutoff can be held.
A matted coat before a vet visit is a normal pet grooming job, and it still falls apart when the coat condition never gets written down. Dusk takes that on the first ring and holds the kennel cutoff.
The tub is part of the same record. Crews should not have to call back to learn how to reach the site. Notes stay on the DispatchNode job.
Operators on the $99 Lite plan get one seat and their own phones. Local requests inside the radius they set start after the plan is paid. A company can pass any request. The street address is shown after the claim.
This site is a demo of that line for pet grooming. The local company still does the work.
